HOW TO ORDER

Please contact us by email or fax to discuss about the products and designs, quantity, quality,  samples, orders, production and delivery.

Products designs as per website:

If the products are as per our design on website, the lead time will be shorter.  The quantity and prices will be discussed before payment.

In case customer needs the samples, we wil consider case by case to offer the free samples.   However, the buyer will be responsible for the freight if there is delivering.   If the samples will be charged, we will return the cost of that samples in case buyers place the orders of that styles.

OEM products:

We need to discuss on designs, min.qty, samples and target prices in the initial stages.  

In case customer needs the samples, we wil consider case by case to offer the free samples.   However, the buyer will be responsible for the freight if there is delivering.   If the samples will be charged, we will return the cost of that samples in case buyers place the orders of that styles.

• Payment 100% before shipment by Paypal, Paysbuy and Western Union only, or T/T payment for the ready products.
• For OEM or make to orders, we request deposit payment 50-70% after receipt the confirm contract, and the balance payment will be made before shipment. 
• The buyer has to be responsible to the sizes and items that the buyer had choosed.
• We can ship to worldwide that the freight will be the buyers' responsibility. 
• We guarantee satisfaction by exchanging the other items in the same category after 
      receipt the returned items and all freight charge incurred will be responsible by the
      buyer. The returned items have to be in new & unused condition and packaged.
